Metrazh real estate agency is an active member of the Kharkiv real estate professional community and takes part in the work of the public organization “Union of Real Estate Agencies of Kharkiv”.

For us it matters not only to sell property but also to develop professional standards for realtors in the city. The Union runs training courses, professional preparation, advanced training and certification of real estate specialists.

After completing the training and confirming the required level of knowledge, specialists can receive certificates confirming their professional qualification in real estate.

Our experts take part in training realtors and share practical experience: working with buyers and sellers, legal aspects of deals, negotiation, sales, exclusive agreements and modern market tools.
