Residential complex "Favorit" is the first de-luxe project in Kharkiv. As soon as you step onto its territory, it becomes clear that "Favorite" is a landmark project of Kharkiv architecture. A luxurious multi-story building that grew in the middle of a huge shady park two steps from the very center of the First Capital. The complex consists of three eight-story sections, arranged in the form of a horseshoe - a symbol of good luck, which favors the building and its residents. The concept of a club-type building has been implemented in the building - a total of 84 apartments, the total area of ​​which is 11,902 sq.m. The large outbuilding area covers more than 12,000 square meters. (Almost twice as much as the field of the famous Barcelona "Nou Camp"!). An elegant birch grove is framed by a landscape design. Nearby: sports fields, tennis courts, a football stadium, children's attractions, a multiplex, boutiques, shops and beauty salons, which will appeal to the most demanding residents. Each of the three sections of the building is equipped with panoramic and freight elevators. In addition to the residential floors of the building, the panoramic elevator makes stops in the parking lot and at the highest point - the observation deck of the building. An orderly roof will allow residents to enjoy the starry sky on warm evenings. Only ecologically clean materials are used in the house. The building is equipped with a two-level underground parking lot for 168 residents' cars. The calculation was carried out according to the class of the building - two parking spaces per apartment. In turn, above-ground parking is provided for guests. The parking lot is under 24-hour security, it has heating, lighting, automatic fire extinguishing systems, as well as a service department.
