Now there is a floor, glazed, painted with expensive detergent paint, and ALSO insulated from the OUTSIDE of the house, a new folding sofa was bought (you can sleep peacefully as an adult). Flexible water hoses have been replaced with metal-plastic ones (so that there is no rush and flooding of the neighbors). The faucets were also replaced with stronger and more reliable ones. There is an 80-liter boiler with 220 V supply time adjustment. Energy savings are significant (it turns off in the evening and at night, turns on early in the morning). The bathroom is separate. New suspended ceilings are installed everywhere (in December 2021), the color is white matte. Before installation, between the slabs of the floor was cleaned and blown with foam, the slabs were treated with an antiseptic and primer. Also, the finished and paid-for three-section sliding wardrobe in the guest room is made of expensive and high-quality chipboard. There is a Gunter&Hauer 2-burner induction stove in matte white color, a wide BOSCH refrigerator, a SUMSUNG 32" TV with a hanging system on the wall. I bought the hanging system expensively, with the expectation of installing a huge TV in the future. Meters are installed (hot, cold water, heating). Fine filters for hot and cold water. Thermal heads are also installed on each battery. The house is organized into condominiums. A very responsible and sensitive entrance in terms of residents. Plenty of parking spaces near the house.
